About Jazz
I never imagined I would one day become an expert in navigating conflict - but life has a way of reshaping us through the most difficult experiences.
For over two decades, I built a life I deeply believed in: marriage, family, a shared future. I gave everything to make it work - sacrificing, compromising, hoping. But eventually, I had to face a difficult truth: staying in that relationship was no longer aligned with who I was becoming. Walking away from a 25-year marriage was the most painful, yet courageous, decision I’ve ever made. I chose to honour my own voice - for myself and for my children.
What I didn’t realise then was just how complex and disorienting that kind of life transition would be. The emotional weight of conflict - internal and external - was overwhelming. There was grief, guilt, relief, fear, and deep uncertainty. I searched for answers, leaned on loved ones, read all the books, and spoke to therapists, but I still felt like I was navigating a storm without a compass. What I needed most was someone who could help me make sense of it all - not just legally or logistically, but emotionally and relationally.
And then, life delivered another profound challenge - one that brought unimaginable loss and forced me to hold space for my children's grief while learning to lead our family forward alone.
This was further complicated by the loss of both my parents, six months apart. My whole world was slowly crumbling, and I began to crumble with it. I was forced to re-evaluate my whole life, including my career. After 35 years of working in the Health and Social Care sector in all kinds of frontline, leadership and management roles, I decided that what matters the most in life - is in fact the relationship we have with ourselves. Life happens around us, for us and we get to choose how we respond to it. The “healthier” the relationship we have with ourselves, the “healthier” will be our response to the highs and lows of living this human life.
I have learnt, in the most personal way, that the trauma from unresolved grief and conflict- within ourselves and with others - can shape our lives more than we realise. But they also taught me something else: that even in the darkest moments, we can heal those wounds to rebuild, reset, and rise.
Today, I work as a Conflict Coach and Consultant, helping individuals and professionals navigate high stakes, emotionally charged situations with clarity, strength, and emotional intelligence. Whether it's conflict in a personal relationship, a workplace dynamic, or during a major life transition, I support my clients in their healing to develop the tools and perspective to communicate more effectively, manage emotional overwhelm, set healthy boundaries, and reclaim a sense of power and purpose. I draw on my many teachings and philosophies that have helped me through my own conflict and trauma.
Conflict is not just about confrontation - it’s an invitation to grow, to listen more deeply, and to reconnect with what matters most.
If you’re facing a difficult conversation, an ongoing dispute, or an internal crossroads, know that you don’t have to go it alone. I'm here to help you recover, heal and move forward - not perfectly, but authentically and with support.
Let’s navigate your next chapter - together.
